This memorial website is operated by the Olabenjo family to honour Engineer Olugbenga O Olabenjo and to coordinate a private Celebration of Life service. We respect your privacy and handle personal information only as needed to run this memorial site and the related event.

- Condolence letters — PDF and image documents uploaded by the family and shown on the tributes page (not submitted by visitors).

- Send your e-access card and event admission details by email or SMS.
- Manage guest registration, seating, and check-in at the venue.
- Display approved tributes and published condolence letters on the memorial website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing or recurring promotional messages.
SMS messages
If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to this memorial event — for example, your personal e-access card link and admission code. Message frequency is low and limited to this event. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS is sent only when you have consented by submitting your phone number on the registration form, or when the family has your prior consent and sends your invite from the admin portal. To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP to any message where that option is supported, or contact the family using the details below.
Sharing with service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to host the website and deliver email and SMS messages (such as Vercel, Twilio, Termii, and email delivery services). These providers process data on our behalf only to perform those services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Data retention
Guest and tribute information is kept for as long as needed to operate the memorial website and event, and for a reasonable period afterward so the family can preserve memories and respond to enquiries. The family may remove tributes or guest records at their discretion.
Your choices
You may choose to register with email only and not provide a phone number. You may request correction or removal of your information by contacting the family. Tributes may be moderated or removed before or after publication if they do not meet the family's guidelines.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information on this site, including access controls for admin areas and secure transmission where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please share only information you are comfortable providing for this memorial event.
Children
This site is intended for family members and invited guests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
